Klamath Court Calendar & Upcoming Hearings

To view the schedule of hearings for today, tomorrow, or the current week, use the Oregon eCourt system. This is a free online tool that shows calendars for all circuit courts in the state, including the Klamath County Circuit Court.

How to find the schedule:

  1. Go to the Oregon eCourt Circuit Court Calendars page.
  2. Select "Klamath" from the list of counties.
  3. Specify the date or date range.
  4. The system will display scheduled hearings with case numbers, party names, and hearing times.

Note: Some categories of cases — juvenile, certain family cases — may not appear in the public calendar due to federal or state law restrictions. If the case you need is not in the system, call the court clerk's office directly — the staff can provide basic information over the phone, although legal advice is not given.

How to Get a Copy of a Klamath Court Document

You can obtain a copy of a court document in three ways: online, in person, or by mail.

Online

Through the OJCIN (Oregon Judicial Case Information Network), Registers of Actions and judgment dockets from the state's circuit courts are available. Basic search is free; a subscription fee may be charged for full access to OJCIN Online.

In Person

Visit the Circuit Court clerk's office at:

Klamath County Circuit Court
316 Main StreetKlamath Falls, OR 97601

There is a public terminal in the courthouse where you can view cases for free. To obtain paper copies, contact the clerk.

By Mail

Send a written request to the same address. Include:

  • The full name of the party involved in the case
  • The case number (if known)
  • The type of document needed
  • Whether a certified copy is required

The difference between types of copies is important. An uncertified copy is suitable for personal reference. A certified copy bears the court seal and the clerk's signature — this is typically required by other institutions, employers, or attorneys. The Civil / Records Division of the sheriff provides certified copies of certain documents with the court seal.

Necessary forms for court requests can be found at the Oregon Judicial Department's forms center.
